The Masters Program in Electronic Engineering (MIE) aims to continue the training of young graduate engineers specializing in Applied Electronics, but not only, being focused on deepening knowledge in the fields of electronics.
Upon completion of the studies, students will possess advanced knowledge of high-level programming specific to embedded system applications, specific knowledge of digital and analog circuit analysis and design, electromagnetic interference analysis methods, thermal phenomena analysis methods, power converter analysis methods, knowledge of systems theory (regulation, control, adaptive systems). They will also have skills in advanced and contextual simulation of electronic systems functionality, microsystem design taking into account specified constraints (disturbances, thermal regime, testability, manufacturing, etc.). The skills acquired will be in operating measurement and control equipment specific to applications (power supply electronics, automotive, biomedical, testing, etc.), using programs dedicated to advanced simulations, using MatLab, Simulink and LabView, ability to act in a development/research team, producing bibliographic documentation, preparing research reports, writing materials with scientific content (articles, scientific papers), presentations on technical topics.
The duration of the studies is 2 years, and the number of ECTS credits acquired is 120.
The disciplines supported by our department within the MIE are the following:
