Several members of the Applied Electronics Department took part last week at the 2016 IEEE 22nd International Symposium for Design and Technology in Electronic Packaging (SIITME). The scientific event took place in Baile Felix, Oradea, Romania between October 20th–23rd, 2016. Of all the prizes awarded, AEL walked away with three, as presented below.
